It’s common knowledge that roses of different colors symbolize certain human qualities. Red roses, of course, symbolize love and passion.

But rose symbolism is general by nature.  What’s more specific?

Birthstones or zodiac signs. They focus on you, rather than general concepts.

But those aren’t very “gardeny.” How about birds? Yep. Birds. Gardeners want to help birds through their gardens.

You may not know it, but your birth month has a corresponding bird that is believed to reflect your personality, life path, and inherent traits. It’s specific to you.

Finding your "soul bird" links you with the natural calendar and provides a fun, symbolic reflection of your spirit, especially for gardeners.

Let’s take January, for instance. January’s birth month bird is the owl. It symbolizes wisdom, patience, and secrecy. Owls represent thoughtful, observant, and purposeful people.  Hhhmmm.
